Richie and Gloria go for a hike through an undeveloped part of the Rich estate, and Gloria comments that it is nice to be away from any sign of Richie's wealth. But on several occasions, when she tries to pick up an interesting stone or pick a flower, she inadvertently trips switches that open one of the Riches' secret camouflaged vaults. After several such incidents, she becomes frustrated and suggests going to her house to get ice cream, which they do. However, there she also accidentally finds a forgotten hidden vault, as Mr. Rich used to own the property on which Gloria's house is built.; Mr. Rich dreams that Richie has become greedy and miserly, converting the Rich mansion into a huge vault and hiring lawyers to take over all of the Rich assets and kick his parents out.; Dot avoids many mishaps trying to retrieve her lucky dot.; Lotta and her grandpa wreak havoc aboard an aircraft carrier.; Reggie shoots holes in the ice to ruin Richie's ice skating only to fall through himself.; Lotta provides the wind for her uncles windmill.; Reggie brags about several of the items of clothing he is wearing, pointing out how much each one cost. Not impressed and bored by the line of conversation, Richie excuses himself to put on his new suit. When he emerges, he is wearing his "$50,000" suit, which is made entirely of currency.
