Captain Nazi cuts Station WHIZ off the air and Cap races for the radio sending station to deal with the issue and saves Whitey in the process. He then must stop a powerful turbine from spinning out of control and costing the lives of innocent people. However, in his most pressing case, in order to save the life of a young newsboy crippled by Captain Nazi, Billy passes along part of his powers to the boy.; Hal and Nero are rescued from the burning ship by Don Luis. Anita is taken from Svenson by the Death Guards who then kill him. Hal rescues Anita from the Death guards and then is equipped by Don Luis to continue his pursuit of the Golden Flask, now held by the master of the Death Guards, Black Marco
