A World War 2 ace gains x-ray vision after a plane crash and turns criminal, but is exonerated by a Grand Jury when they learn of the details of his accident.; Petty crook Dan the Dunce, tired of always getting beat up in the ring, sees an ad in a magazine for Dormital, and he thinks it will give him super-muscles, so he slugs down half a bottle. Superman discovers later, to his dismay, that this substance, actually a sedative, does indeed give Dan super strength, enough to give the Man of Tomorrow a run for his money!
