Archie is put in charge of organizing the school's big fashion show, and winds up promising three different girls -- Veronica, Betty and Midge -- that she can be the star of the show. Meanwhile, a new student, aspiring designer Patty Pringle, tries to get her work in the show, but her sketches are rejected by the snobbish designer Monsieur Andre.; Inspired by TV game shows, Little Archie starts the local show "The 64 Jellybean Question," and builds up a huge store of jellybeans when none of the contestants can answer the questions. But the gang has to deal with a plot by the South Side Serpents to steal the jellybeans.; Inspired by all the advice-givers in TV and newspapers, Little Archie starts "Little Archie's Good Advice Business," offering advice to anyone who can pay him in jellybeans. All the kids are disgusted by his greed and stop liking him, except Evelyn, who becomes his secretary, and Ambrose, who Little Archie tells to "go jump in the lake." And it's that bit of advice that leads to Ambrose becoming the most popular kid on the West Side. An act of generosity by Ambrose then makes Little Archie realize that friends are more important than jellybeans any day.; Fred takes a phone message for Archie but he can't remember if it is from Betty or from Veronica.; Jughead helps Betty start a fad where every girl wears a fake beauty mark.; Veronica asks Betty if it is true that blondes have more fun.; Mr. Weatherbee tries to teach Archie to close a door correctly.; Big Ethel agrees to let Reggie help her lay a trap for Jughead so she can smother him with kisses, but Jughead and Archie come up with a plan of their own.; Veronica buys a carnival fun-house mirror at an auction. The mirror has supernatural abilities which turn Betty and Veronica into the distorted images they see in the mirror. The mirror has a different effect on Mr. Weatherbee and Miss Grundy, changing them into young and attractive adults.; Every time Mr. Lodge tries to spend some quality time with his daughter, Archie turns up and ruins everything. So Mr. Lodge tells Archie he's taking Veronica to New Orleans, then takes her somewhere else.; Everyone thinks that Betty should be nicer to Veronica.; Professor Flutesnoot asks Archie to deliver some sheet music.; Archie hurts his hand trying to pick a fight with Moose but nobody will believe Moose that Archie started the fight.; Archie gets mad at Jughead for saying that Veronica is a lot like her father. Then he makes the mistake of letting Veronica know that he considers this an insult.; Archie gets a splinter in his finger and Veronica takes him to the school nurse. Archie falls for the attractive nurse, causing Veronica to chase him with a chair.; Archie and Reggie have a bet on who can make a better clay sculpture of Betty's head.; Jughead gives Mr. Weatherbee a cane.; Jughead babysits Veronica's bratty cousin Leroy, who is drawing facial hair on portraits.; Li'l Jinx tells Greg to be like Sir Walter Raleigh and put his coat over mud for a lady.; Li'l Jinx tries to make money off her ability to make up stories.; Through no fault of his own, Jughead mixes up deliveries and soon has Mr. Weatherbee soaking his feet in vegetable soup.; An imaginary story of how things would have been if the gang had lived in caveman days, complete with dinosaurs.; Archie goes to Veronica's house to avoid studying.; First gag: Two people follow Archie around with a stretcher.
