Due to budget cuts, Mr. Weatherbee denies Betty's request to hold a Green Day ecology fair on school grounds. So Veronica donates an empty lot her father owns and the fair goes on as planned.; Betty agrees to take in a neighbor's dog for a week while the neighbor is traveling. But the dog soon proves to be a handful for the Coopers to deal with.; With Archie's car in the shop, Betty volunteers to drive him to where he needs to be.
