Wonder Woman must battle an evil group of mermaids that were created from tiny sharks by a formula invented by Gerta, willful daughter of Paula von Gunther.; Alan Scott is summoned to his old Alma Mater in an attempt to locate the "brain child" of the university who mysteriously disappeared.; The son of a successful newspaperman takes on the challenge of a dangerous assignment in order to prove to his fiancee that he can make it on his own as a reporter, and not let his dad support him for the rest of his life.
