When their detective agency doesn't get any business, Andy and Charlie add walking dogs as a sideline. They get a once-a-week job walking a vicious dog named Goro on an assigned route to the pier, where an old lady always appears to pat the dog. Andy gets suspicious and investigates.; When Andy and Charlie talk about getting a couple of little ones from the nursery, a couple of busybody neighbors think they mean children instead of shrubs and call the authorities.; Andy chases his hat only to find an organ grinder's monkey has it.
