Chilly sneaks aboard when the plane lands in the Antarctic, and ends up part of a movie that's filmed in a desert.; Patty recruits Chilly to help improve the community. Bully Bear wrecks some of the improvements and Chilly has to find a way to get rid of Bully.; Chilly tries to learn to fly.; Billy Bear is depressed because he hasn't done anything important.; Bully Bear takes a ride on Chilly's sled before he can put a "Wet Paint" sign on it.; Chilly puts his mailbox on a sled so he won't have to go out in the cold to get his mail.; Chilly uses a squirt gun to make frozen flowers for Patty.
