A cuckoo from a clock falls and lands on Quacky Doodles. The Raggedys fix the cuckoo, while Quacky, miffed because nobody is paying attention to him, goes outside into the meadow. Raggedy Ann and Eddie Elephant are riding on a sailboat pulled along the shore, when the string breaks and they drift out to an island. Raggedy Andy takes a wind-up tin boat to the island to rescue them.; Raggedy Ann falls in a bucket of mop water and the bleach turns her completely white. With help from Eddie Elf and her other friends, she gets a complete make-over to look like her old self.; When food runs low in the middle of winter, the Raggedys take Grampie and Granny Fieldmouse to Cookie Land, where there is an endless supply of sweets.; Dr. Stork loses his spectacles and the Raggedys help him make his deliveries of babies. They have to contend with Bertram Bear and Felix Fox, who would like to make lunch of the babies.; The toys have a pillow fight and a stray pillow knocks open the door to Dicky Bird's cage. The Raggedys and the other toys have to save the bird from a cat and return him to his cage.; Previews of four stories in the issue.
