The Little People are swallowed by a whale. When they escape they find a domed underwater city inhabited by people their size. They help the city fight off attacks by underwater Groons, who are half fish.; The Little People sail in a boat made from a wooden shoe to Toll Island, where they find that pirate Groons are forcing people to pay tolls to sail their waters. Those who can't pay have to work for the Groons on their island.; Loop and Cork exaggerate the size of the fish that got away.; Chub and Cork are busy rowing their matchbox boat and don't see the falls ahead.; Jink jumps off a diving board but hits a passing frog and bounces back to where he started.
