As Red Andrews recounts some of his adventures to a live TV audience, he gets an emergency call from the Explorers. Spike, Nitro, Wheels, Squint, and Gizmo all get the same call. Meanwhile, Dr. Zarkon plots against the Explorers.; Brought together by Angel and her father, Hiram Lodge tells the team of a disgruntled scientific genius who's now threatening his corporation and Riverdale. The team splits up: Red, Angel and Gizmo go to stop Dr. Zarkon, while Spike, Nitro, Wheels and Squint travel to Riverdale to stop Dr. Zarkon's monsters.; As Red, Angel and Gizmo recover from being shot down, Nitro, Squint, Wheels and Spike all find unique ways to take down all 4 of Zarkon's monsters.; Red, Angel and Gizmo work together to escape Dr. Zarkon's death traps and defeat him.; Sabrina knocks over several bottles at a carnival game without using a ball.
