While chasing Archie for talking to another girl, Betty and Veronica travel down Memory Lane, the enchanted street, and are transported back to the 1950s to meet their fifties era counterparts.; Chuck asks Veronica to make appearances at comic shops dressed as Powerteen to promote the comic book they've developed. At the comic shop her cousin Marcy works at, Veronica becomes suspicious of the intentions of Marcy's boyfriend.; Archie and Jughead think Betty wants to shoot them, because she is carrying her father's shotgun home from the repair shop. Betty schemes to make it rain, so Archie doesn't have to paint his father's house and can go on a date with her. And Fred just wants to take a bath in peace.; Betty's Uncle Oscar gives her his clown car, which he can no longer afford. Veronica offers to drive Betty home in it, but the car proves unmanageable on the road.; Betty has been leaving pastries for Archie in a fire bucket. Mr. Weatherbee finds the pastry and takes them. Miss Grundy discovers the empty bucket and has it filled with water.; Veronica breaks a date with Archie to spend the evening with Betty at the mansion. Later that night, Veronica confesses her loneliness due to inattentive parents and the barrier her wealth and privilege puts between her and the other Riverdale students. Betty and Veronica become closer friends because of this.; Betty, Veronica and Nancy are increasingly frustrated that the boys spend all their time playing video games. But after Mr. Lodge asks them to test a new video game for his company, the girls become even more addicted than the boys were.; Rather than spend time with their dates, Betty and Veronica spend the entire day watching each other to make sure each one doesn't sneak off and hook up with Archie.; Reggie shaves his head to appear more macho to girls.; Tired of losing out to Veronica for Archie's affections, Betty buys an enchanted bracelet hoping to win Archie through sorcery.; Betty finds Archie's invitation to go sailing wasn't what she thought it would be.
