Bozo and Sparky are captured by a talking gorilla and are taken to Yakkity Isle on a giant bird. The isle is inhabited by talking animals led by the human "Lippy the Whip," world's champion animal trainer. Lippy plans to kidnap humans to perform in a circus to entertain the animals.; Bozo and Sparky visit the Hot-foot Indian Reservation, where Bozo tries to make a papoose laugh.; Sparky uses a genuine camel's hair brush (still attached to the camel) to paint Bozo's trailer.; Children sneak into the circus in Bozo's cello case.; A little girl mistakes Bozo's nose for a stoplight.
