Elmer tries to sneak away for a vacation trip in his car and trailer. Daffy comes along uninvited for the ride, pretending to be Elmer's pet.; Daffy captures a bank robber who is allergic to feathers. Things don't go as smoothly when he tries to bring in Bruiser Dooley.; Daffy causes havoc at the motion picture studios of Planet Pictures, by pretending to be the head of the studio and demanding a "ducky" western.; Daffy meets "Dumbbell" Duffy, a duck that is having trouble finding his way south for the winter. The pair stowaway in the luggage of a car they think is going south, but it's a prison warden's car and the pair end up in prison instead of the south.; While working as census-takers, Daffy and Elmer find a mansion full of paper money.; Daffy is bullied by some pelicans when he goes to the pier.; Daffy replaces the buckshot in Elmer's shotgun shells with caviar.
