Frosty loses the orphanage's Christmas tree when he uses it to help save a little girl who has fallen through the ice. He and an orphan boy work to raise money for a replacement.; When Frosty goes to visit Santa Claus, he finds that one of Santa's reindeer, Blitzen, has been stolen. Frosty takes Dasher to go look for Blitzen.; Frosty has to deal with a little bear who should be hibernating, but can't sleep.; After he helps an old lady across a bridge, she gives Frosty a magic broom, which has the power to freeze things (usually by suspending time).; A rabbit tells Frosty about a bird that doesn't fly south for the winter.; Frosty is prepared when two children try to knock off his hat with snowballs.; With spring approaching, Frosty leaves a good-bye message for the children.
